Overview: The S2 e-Timesheet allows all System Users and Employees to enter time as though the are using a simple excel spreadsheet except that this is online and reflects a timecard similar in nature to the traditional paper timecard. The primary objective of this module is to streamline and centralize the time collection process and eliminate duplication of data entry. This centralized system securely provides access to all employees to enter and keep track of their time with ease. It allows users to enter time for one another, by selecting a surrogate. The timesheet period can be setup to a bi-weekly or any other standard pay period in the S2 Project Accounting Module™. Employees do not need to type in their Earnings Code or Project Labor Category. All this data is already brought in so users can select the appropriate project or earnings code for which they are entering time and speed up their timesheet data entry.

S2 e-Timesheet is available for Sage MAS 90, and Sage MAS 200 Client / Server & Client .
Manager & Employee Email Notification – all employees on Sage MAS 90 can email each other using this system.

Reporting Capabilities: Sage MAS 90, and Sage 200 come with industry leading reporting tools to provide real time access to your accounting information as well as the professional look your business demands. The Sage MAS 90, and Sage 200 report writer enables you to quickly modify the numerous standard reports delivered with the system. Crystal Reports Standard comes bundled with the software for presentation quality output and the ability to publish reports directly to your intranet or a web site. FRx Standard comes with the General Ledger module enabling even more complex financial reporting. The S2 enhancement modules also have Crystal Reports and are no different in nature to the standard Sage MAS 90, and Sage 200 modules.
